The Rooted Feminine Retreat Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once your deposit and/or full payment is received

  • Payment methods: Stripe or bank transfer

  • The deposit is non-refundable. It secures your place on the retreat

  • The remaining balance must be paid by 15 days before the retreat, unless otherwise agreed

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations by participant:

    • More than 30 days before the retreat: remaining balance refunded, deposit is retained

    • Within 30 days of the retreat: full payment (including balance) is non-refundable

  • Cancellations by The Rooted Feminine:

    • In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat date

  • Travel and other expenses are the participant’s responsibility

3. Health & Safety

  • Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or injuries prior to the retreat

  • You attend the retreat at your own risk. The Rooted Feminine will take reasonable care but cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property

4. Accommodation (Residential Retreats)

  • Rooms are shared unless otherwise stated

  • Accommodation and meals are included as outlined in the retreat description

  • Participants are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff. Damage caused may incur additional charges

5. Retreat Experience

  • Retreats may involve physical, emotional, or spiritual activities. Participation is voluntary

  • Participants are responsible for their wellbeing and boundaries

  • Facilitators reserve the right to ask participants to leave if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe; no refund will be issued in such cases

6. Photography & Media

  • Retreats may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes

  • If you do not consent, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat

7. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for bookings will only be used for retreat administration and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law

8. Changes to Retreat Programme

  • The Rooted Feminine reserves the right to change the schedule, facilitators, or activities if necessary

  • Substitutions or minor changes do not constitute a refund

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, travel disruptions, illness, or government restrictions)

  • In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a credit toward a future retreat

10. Agreement

  • By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
