Sacred Fascia Unwinding™ Training & Certification Terms and Conditions

Training Fee: £1,111
Modules: 8 online learning modules via the training portal
Live Training: 2 days (in-person or virtual)

By purchasing and electronically accepting these Terms, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Parties

  • Provider: Lee Whiteside (trading as The Rooted Feminine) – “I” or “Me”

  • Purchaser: You – “You” or “Your”

  • Together: “the Parties”

2. The Programme

  • The Sacred Fascia Unwinding™ Training and Certification Programme (the Programme) provides:

    • Access to 8 online modules

    • 2 days of live training

    • Learning resources, videos, audios, workbooks, and support

  • All content is for educational purposes and is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial).

  • Sessions may be in person or online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.

3. Accessing Sessions

  • Session times are emailed to you. You are responsible for checking emails.

  • No alternative dates if you miss a session.

  • Rules for participation:

    • Do not record or share sessions

    • Maintain confidentiality of other participants

    • Behave responsibly and respectfully

  • Portal access: keep login credentials safe and private.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Must be over 18 and legally able to enter a contract

  • Complete all modules before attending live sessions

  • Participate fully and honestly during sessions

  • Take personal responsibility for emotional well-being; Programme is not a substitute for therapy

  • Follow the Soulution Coaching Code of Ethics

5. Certification & Completion

  • Certification requires:

    • Completion of all 8 modules

    • Attendance at 2 live training days

    • Participation in practice sessions

    • Submission of 5 case studies

  • You may have 6 months after course completion to meet assessment requirements

  • Certification and licence to use the coaching method is at Lee Whiteside’s discretion

  • Licence can be suspended if not used within 6 months or if ethical/competency standards are not met

6. Ethical Standards

  • Follow Soulution Coaching’s Code of Ethics at all times

  • Misuse or unethical conduct may result in termination of access and revocation of certification

7. Payment Terms

  • Full fee: £1,111, payable upfront or in agreed instalments

  • Fee is non-refundable unless:

    • Training is cancelled by Lee Whiteside

    • You cancel within 14 days of first payment before accessing any part of the Programme

  • Late payments may result in:

    • Withholding of access

    • Interest charges (5% over Bank of England base rate)

    • Recovery actions

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel with 14 days’ notice (fees still apply outside the 14-day period)

  • Lee Whiteside may terminate access for:

    • Misrepresentation or ethical breaches

    • Non-payment

    • Behaviour that disrupts the Programme

  • Upon termination:

    • Access to all resources, portal, and private groups is revoked

    • All unpaid fees become immediately due

9. Confidentiality & Personal Data

  • Maintain confidentiality of all Programme content and participant information

  • Personal data is processed according to UK GDPR

  • Consent is given for photos/videos during sessions to be used for business promotion unless revoked by email

10. Reviews & Testimonials

  • By sharing reviews or client content, you grant permission for use in marketing, social media, or promotional materials

11. Non-Solicitation & Non-Competition

  • For 12 months after training:

    • Do not solicit or advertise to Soulution Coaching clients or employees

    • Do not recruit Soulution Coaching employees or contractors

12. Liability & Guarantees

  • No guarantee of results or income

  • Provider liability is limited to the £1,111 fee paid

  • You are responsible for your actions and use of the Programme

13. Governing Law

  • Laws of England and Wales apply

  • Disputes first via mediation, then through the courts if unresolved
