Founding Practitioner Investment: £777

Programme Includes

  • Eight online learning modules delivered via the training portal.

  • Two live in-person training days.

  • One group Zoom training session.

  • Training manuals, workbooks, videos, audios and supporting materials.

  • Access to practitioner support resources as determined by the Provider.

By purchasing and electronically accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to be bound by the following provisions.

1. Parties

Provider:
Leigh Whiteside, trading as The Rooted Feminine ("the Provider", "we", "us", "our").

Participant:
The individual purchasing and participating in the Programme ("the Participant", "you", "your").

Together referred to as "the Parties".

2. The Programme

The Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® Practitioner Training Programme ("the Programme") is a professional training programme designed to teach the principles, theory and practical application of the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method®.

The Programme includes:

  • Eight online learning modules.

  • Two live training days.

  • Practical exercises and demonstrations.

  • Learning resources and supporting materials.

Training sessions may be delivered in person or online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar platforms at the Provider's discretion.

All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Participation in the Programme does not create a therapeutic relationship between the Provider and Participant.

3. Access to Training and Sessions

Training dates, times and locations will be communicated by email or through the training portal.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they receive communications and for attending all scheduled training sessions.

Missed sessions, whether live or in person, may not be repeated or rescheduled unless expressly offered by the Provider.

Participants agree to:

  • Maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times.

  • Keep all login credentials secure and confidential.

  • Not record, reproduce or distribute any training sessions without written permission.

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of fellow participants.

The Provider reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or detrimental to the learning environment.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants confirm that they:

  • Are aged 18 years or over.

  • Have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  • Will complete all online modules before attending live training where required.

  • Will participate honestly and professionally throughout the Programme.

  • Accept full responsibility for their own emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing throughout the training process.

  • Understand that the Programme is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

  • Agree to comply with the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

5. Certification and Practitioner Licence

Completion of the Programme does not automatically guarantee certification or a licence to practise the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method®.

Certification requires:

  • Completion of all online modules.

  • Attendance at all live training days.

  • Participation in practical exercises and assessments.

  • Submission and approval of five case studies.

  • Demonstration of competence, safety and ethical practice to the satisfaction of the Provider.

Participants may have up to three months following completion of the live training to submit outstanding case studies or assessments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon successful completion of these requirements, the Provider may grant the Participant a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to practise the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® as a Certified Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® Practitioner.

This licence permits the Practitioner to:

  • Offer Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® sessions to clients.

  • Describe themselves as a Certified Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® Practitioner.

  • Use approved Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® branding, logos and marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines issued by the Provider.

Certification confirms successful completion of the training programme and is retained unless revoked for serious ethical or professional misconduct.

The right to use the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® name, trademarks and branding is granted under licence and remains subject to ongoing compliance with the Practitioner Licence terms.

Certification and licensing remain entirely at the discretion of the Provider and may be suspended or revoked where professional, ethical or competency standards are not maintained.

The Practitioner Licence may be suspended or terminated where:

  • The Practitioner breaches the Code of Ethics.

  • The Practitioner acts outside their scope of practice.

  • The Practitioner makes misleading claims regarding the Method.

  • The Practitioner fails to maintain appropriate professional insurance.

  • The Practitioner brings the Method or brand into disrepute.

Upon suspension or termination of the licence, the Practitioner must immediately cease:

  • Representing themselves as a Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® Practitioner.

  • Using the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® name, trademarks, logos or branding.

  • Advertising or offering services under the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® name.

6. Ethical Standards

Participants and Practitioners agree to uphold the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.

All Practitioners must comply with the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® Code of Ethics and any future amendments issued by the Provider.

The Provider reserves the right to investigate concerns regarding professional conduct, competence or ethical behaviour and to take action where appropriate, including suspension or revocation of certification or licensing rights.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method®, including but not limited to:

  • Training materials

  • Manuals

  • Videos

  • Workbooks

  • Scripts

  • Processes

  • Methodology

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Trade marks

  • Marketing materials

remain the sole property of Leigh Whiteside and The Rooted Feminine unless otherwise stated.

Participation in the Programme grants the Participant a limited personal licence to use the materials solely for their own learning and professional practice as an authorised Practitioner.

Participants may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute training materials.

  • Teach, licence or certify others in the Method.

  • Create derivative trainings based substantially on the Method.

  • Rebrand or present the Method as their own creation.

  • Use the Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method® name or intellectual property without an active Practitioner Licence.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to the Participant.

8. Payment Terms

Programme fees are:

  • £1,111 standard investment; or

  • £777 for Founding Practitioners where applicable.

Payment may be made in full or through an agreed payment plan.

Programme fees are non-refundable except where:

  • The Provider cancels the Programme; or

  • The Participant exercises their statutory right to cancel within fourteen days of purchase and has not accessed any training materials or Programme content.

Failure to maintain agreed payments may result in:

  • Suspension of Programme access;

  • Suspension of certification;

  • Withholding of certificates or licences; and

  • Recovery action for outstanding balances.

Interest may be charged on overdue sums at 5% above the Bank of England base rate.

9. Cancellation and Termination

Participants may cancel within the statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period where applicable.

After this period, Programme fees remain payable in full regardless of participation or attendance.

The Provider reserves the right to terminate participation immediately where there is:

  • Non-payment.

  • Misrepresentation.

  • Serious misconduct.

  • Ethical breaches.

  • Behaviour that disrupts the Programme or negatively impacts other participants.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the training portal and resources will cease immediately.

  • Access to practitioner groups may be removed.

  • Outstanding fees become immediately payable.

  • Any practitioner licence may be suspended or revoked.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Other participants' personal information.

  • Shared experiences and discussions.

  • Proprietary training content.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR legislation and applicable privacy laws.

Where photographs or recordings are taken during training events, Participants consent to their use for promotional and marketing purposes unless written notice withdrawing consent is provided to the Provider.

11. Reviews and Testimonials

Where Participants voluntarily provide reviews, testimonials, feedback or case examples, the Participant grants the Provider permission to use these materials for marketing, educational and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Protection of Practitioner Community and Business Relationships

For a period of twelve months following completion of the Programme, Participants agree not to:

  • Intentionally solicit clients directly introduced through the Provider for competing training programmes.

  • Recruit employees, contractors or associates of The Rooted Feminine into competing businesses or programmes.

  • Misrepresent affiliation with The Rooted Feminine or Sacred Fascia Unwinding Method®.

Nothing in this clause prevents Practitioners from operating their own independent practices or businesses.

13. Liability and Guarantees

The Provider makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Income generation.

  • Business success.

  • Client numbers.

  • Professional outcomes.

Results depend upon numerous factors outside the Provider's control, including the Participant's skills, experience, effort and business activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the total Programme fee paid by the Participant.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through discussion and mediation before commencing court proceedings.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms.
