I’ve spent the last 12 years studying and developing mindset, manifestation, energy healing, past life healing and spiritual connection. At 36 I was all kinds of emotionally fragile following a messy divorce. I was in huge debt, lacked purpose, had a job that was draining my soul and felt like I’d lost myself.

Today, I’m not only super connected to my spirit team, I also channel healing for my clients and myself from the spiritual realms. I’m crystal clear on my passion and purpose in life and I’m living it!

I’m married to my soulmate (cheesey I know), I own a beautiful home and a successful business that gives me the freedom lifestyle and fulfillment I love. I own my power as a creator of my own reality and I love who I am and what I do. I want that for you too because I know how incredible it is to finally be living my soul purpose and fulfilling the reason my soul chose to incarnate here, at this time.

BUT, I also know what a minefield it can be trying to work this all out for yourself from books, Facebook groups, spiritual gurus and YouTube videos... you get lots of snippets of information but trying to put it all together in a way that feels right to you and works consistently is overwhelming. 

The truth is, watching a video about making a vision board or simply using positive affirmations every day just isn’t going to cut it. Yes, they’re great. But they are just small pieces of a much bigger puzzle. For real transformation and spiritual evolution you need support to go within, explore past life and generational trauma, heal, change up the paradigms you’ve adopted and connect with your soul and your spirit team.

I found the secret to unlearning lifetimes of BS social conditioning, releasing generational imprints and past life interference that keeps us small and unfulfilled by having us believe that we’re not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, capable enough... the truth is you can be, do and have ANYTHING you desire.
